Any additional time required will be charged at £130 +Vat per hour, (chargeable in increments of 15 minutes).

Charges as follows

Telephone Support:  Minimum 1 hour
We are able to offer remote support by logging in to your PC, we will also make sure that the firmware / software is up to date if required for your printer / software.

Call out charge:  Minimum of 3 hours (or 4 hours for large machines such as the Challenger, Contender, X-Wrap or Auto-Wrap).
This includes travelling time to your premises and does not include any parts that may be required.

Please add the minimum charge depending on the nature of the support required.
